Job Description

Elizabethtown Community Hospital is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team. Our 25-bed Medical Surgical Unit, including 8 Telemetry beds, caters to patients in various states of health, from those requiring Observation status to swing patients in need of rehabilitation. Our staffing includes RNs, LPNs, CA's, and dietary assistants who work collaboratively in a highly supportive team environment. Nurses typically care for no more than 5 patients, with CA's handling 6-7 patients. Our experienced leadership team fosters open communication and professional growth for all team members.

Incentives

External candidates may be eligible for a one-time signing bonus of up to $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles), along with a relocation package of $9,200 (pro-rated for part-time roles) for those relocating to join us.
