Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Mother/Baby Unit at LifeBridge Health. You will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care, support families, and be an integral part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Act as a resource and advisor for patients and their families.
- Follow AWHONN staffing guidelines and care for mother-baby couplets.
- Promote family bonding and implement initiatives like delayed bathing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Nursing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Mother/Baby care.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
