Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Mother/Baby Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing safe and compassionate care for mothers and newborns, while promoting family bonding and implementing innovative practices like delayed bathing and non-separation of baby and mom.

Responsibilities

  • Provide age-appropriate patient care in accordance with best practices and guidelines.
  • Act as a resource and advisor for patients and their families.
  • Promote family bonding and implement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Mother/Baby care.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
