Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. As an RN in the Labor & Delivery unit, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and competent nursing care to our patients. This full-time nights position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
- Demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and nursing staff.
- Administer IVs, medications, and use medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
