Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Royal Park Rehabilitation and Health Center. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, administering medications, supervising nursing assistants, and collaborating with physicians. This is a full-time night position from 7 pm to 7 am.
Responsibilities
- Assure quality nursing care for patients following physician's orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure infection control measures are maintained.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants.
- Assist physicians with rounds and treatments as necessary.
- Document treatments, perform scheduled procedures, and assist in research related to nursing care quality.
Requirements
- Graduated Registered Nurse with a valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certified yearly and committed to providing quality care to geriatric patients.
- Ability to make critical decisions related to patient care and work effectively in a team environment.
- Dependable, flexible, and compassionate with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
