Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited in Clarksburg, WV. As a Registered Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and support to healthcare providers. This PRN position requires a minimum of 6 months of previous nursing home experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions and transfers.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data and act in accordance with nursing standards.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives and respond to emergency situations.
- Provide patient education, support, and advocacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Active WV RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
- Solid work history, professional references, and compliance with healthcare standards.
