Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Southwest Pena Urgent Care Clinic on a PRN basis. As a crucial member of our ambulatory care services team, you will provide patient care, education, and support to individuals, families, and community members in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Assess patient needs, set goals, and advocate for patients and families.
• Supervise and educate clinic team members for optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for treatments, and ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Current BLS and RN licenses.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use, patient communication, and Microsoft Office Suite.
