REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) - PINEHURST HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION CENTER

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team at Pinehurst Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing staff during shifts to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and overseeing the Nursing Services Department.
• Supervise nursing services in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Handle employee issues promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and possession of a current RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR certification and willingness to attend necessary training.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and protocols.
