Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) at The Pavilion Health Center. In this role, you will lead the nursing staff during your shift to ensure the best patient care. Your responsibilities include overseeing nursing services, assisting with patient care, addressing employee issues, and fulfilling on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle acute patient episodes and address employee problems promptly.
• Take on-call duties as required.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care and demonstrate interest in geriatric nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to attend training sessions and staff meetings.
• Experience in Long Term Care is desirable.
