Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This position, located in Seaford, DE, offers a competitive salary of $60/hour with a weekly gross of $2400. As a Registered Nurse UM, you will enjoy an orientation and personalized shadowing experience to ensure your success from day one. You will work 40 hours per week on a 13-week contract with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, requiring every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Promote a positive professional image through excellent customer service and public relations.
- Ensure high-quality nursing care for patients with psychiatric and mental health illnesses.
- Respond to medical or psychiatric emergencies and de-escalate situations effectively.
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to regulatory requirements for patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
- Healthcare training/experience preferred.
