Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently looking for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at Oak Forest. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in accordance with physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies. This is a full-time night position (7pm - 7am) with a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality nursing care for patients by following physician's orders and facility procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed and according to facility policies.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians with rounds and patient treatments.
- Maintain infection control measures and adhere to regulations.
- Assist with new admissions, physical examinations, and research on nursing care quality.
Requirements
- Graduated Registered Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with proof of license renewal.
- CPR certified annually.
- Ability to work well with nursing personnel, other departments, patients, and families.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to solve nursing problems.
