Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions/transfers.
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Interpret diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Respond to emergencies following nursing protocols.
- Advocate for patients, providing education and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and TB/PPD test.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
