Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret assessments and diagnostic data for patient care.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
- Active RN license from an accredited institution.
