Registered Nursing- RN - Long-term Acute Care (LTAC)

Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time contract positions in Long-term Acute Care (LTAC) at CareerStaff Unlimited in Tulsa, OK. As an RN in LTAC, you will be responsible for caring for patients who require extended hospital stays, with a focus on patient care and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct systematic patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurately.
• Interpret diagnostic data and telemetry.
• Promote quality improvement.
• Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards.
• Act as a patient advocate providing education and support.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience.
• Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and Physical/TB test.
• Verifiable work history and professional references.
