Job Description: Registered Nursing- RN - LTAC

We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time contract positions in Atlanta, GA. As a Registered Nurse in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, you will care for patients requiring extended hospital stays, demonstrating a strong focus on patient care and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive admission and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Interpret assessments, diagnostic data, labs, and telemetry.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols.
• Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and families.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations.

Credentials Required

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the LTC/SNF setting.
• Active FL RN license, Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical and TB/PPD tests.
• Verifiable work history and professional references.
