Job Description
Join our team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC as a Relationship Manager where you will play a vital role in driving revenue from existing accounts. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and exploring opportunities for growth. Collaboration across various departments is essential to deliver excellence in service and support the client's sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns, owning the overall customer experience.
- Administer Account Plans with key corporate contacts, understanding client priorities and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate corporate initiatives, provide reporting, and conduct reviews highlighting key information with clients.
- Advocate for clients internally, resolve escalated issues, and ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement new sites, analyze financial performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry changes, innovate recycling and sustainability strategies, and drive upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of sales or account management experience.
- Analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in customer relationship management software.
Work Conditions
Home office environment, moderate noise levels, occasional travel required.
Compensation
Yearly Salary: $59,200 - $84,000.
