Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part-time with a weekend commitment during day shifts. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday, focusing on prompt, state-of-the-art care for patients requiring acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient nursing care.
- Develop professional growth and strive to improve patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure quality patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with a focus on med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
