Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD on a part-time basis with a weekend commitment. The position involves day shifts from 5:00am-1:30pm, serving as a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program. As part of the healthcare team, you will deliver innovative and urgent care for end-stage renal disease patients, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient patient care, focusing on expanding knowledge and skills.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
- Improve patient outcomes by developing professional growth and skills.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
