Job Description
Curtis Lane Holdings LLC is seeking a Rental Specialist for our Lynchburg Dealership. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rental department's profitability while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Rental Department profitability.
- Create a positive customer experience.
- Handle quote requests and availability inquiries.
- Forecast rental inventory additions and deletions.
- Complete required training.
- Maintain department housekeeping.
- Ensure accurate invoicing including additional charges.
- Support business development efforts by adding new customers and maintaining existing ones.
- Review the competition and suggest pricing adjustments.
- Communicate with Sales Manager regarding leads and inventory.
- Assist in collections and conflict resolution.
- Have a good understanding of civil and commercial project construction phases.
- Utilize mechanical aptitude or Bobcat machinery experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of heavy equipment rental experience.
- Strong mechanical mindset and technical/computer skills.
