Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Assistant I Shower Aide to join our team at Hawthorne Court, part-time in both AM and PM shifts. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions promptly.
- Support residents with laundry and housekeeping tasks as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a caregiving role is essential.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide is preferred.
