Job Description
Dakota Milestones, a private non-profit organization that serves individuals with intellectual disabilities, is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to support individuals in achieving their personal goals and living independently. As a Residential Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Individual Support Plans, supervising Support Professionals, and promoting self-advocacy.
Roles / Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in developing and implementing personalized plans that reflect their aspirations and needs.
- Support daily living skills and engage individuals in community activities.
- Administer and educate individuals on medications.
- Conduct assessments and personal outcome interviews to tailor support services.
- Promote self-advocacy and foster partnerships with individuals and the community.
- Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment that values diversity.
- Oversee home and vehicle maintenance.
- Orientate and train new staff members.
