Vacatia, Inc., an innovative hospitality company, is seeking a Resort Maintenance Tech to join the Ocean Key Resort in Virginia Beach. As part of our Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing owner and guest experiences by maintaining resort common areas and units.

Key Responsibilities

• General building maintenance, inspections, and service calls
• Pool upkeep, landscaping, and ADA pool lift procedures
• Emergency response and ensuring safety standards
• Maintenance support for guests and departments
• Inventory maintenance supplies and tools

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• General repair knowledge and basic hand tools
• Customer service and communication skills
• Pool certification (or ability to attain)
