Resp Ther Team Leader - Respiratory Care - Kettering - FT/Days

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Resp Ther Team Leader to join our Respiratory Care team at Kettering Health Network. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical respiratory care and serving as a role model for our mission and values.

Responsibilities

The Respiratory Team Leader will perform clinical respiratory care under supervision, demonstrate leadership in network initiatives, and motivate team members to excel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• RRT certification and RCP license in Ohio.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory, Education, or Business.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Active AARC membership.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and technical knowledge of Respiratory Care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and educate team members effectively.
