We are looking for a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering skilled respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities. Your role will involve advanced practitioner skills and interventions in complex patient care scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Implement skilled respiratory care modalities and interventions.
• Provide ventilator management and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate and establish therapy and treatment objectives based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for optimal patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy Training program.
• Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in Washington State.
• Advanced cardiac life support credentials required.
• Minimum of one year acute care experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
