Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operation, including People, Profitability, and Operations.
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the team to ensure a customer-friendly environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.
- Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, and employee supervision.
- Interact professionally with vendors and address customer complaints promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire for personal and professional growth.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
