Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operation, including People, Profitability, and Operations.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the team to ensure a customer-friendly environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.
  • Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, and employee supervision.
  • Interact professionally with vendors and address customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire for personal and professional growth.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
