Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join Shake Shack as an Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor the hourly team.
- Manage support functions such as payroll and scheduling.
- Maintain facility standards and uphold hospitality excellence.
- Assist the General Manager with employee relations.
- Establish and foster community relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proficiency in training others on restaurant operations.
- Effective in driving hospitality and inspiring teams.
- Experience with P&L responsibilities.
