Job Description

We are looking for positive and enthusiastic team members to join our Shake Shack family as Restaurant Team Members. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and collaborative environment, where you can learn and grow your career at your own pace. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for food prep, customer service, guest interactions, cooking, cleaning, and delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests while balancing high volume with high quality. Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities. Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus – we’ll teach you the rest!
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities.
• Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift.
