Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Kettering Health Network in Dayton. This Full-Time position in the Telemetry department offers night shifts and exciting incentives for external RNs, including a Sign-on Bonus of up to $45,000 and a Relocation Bonus. As an RN with us, you will provide high-quality care to patients using the nursing process, collaborate with healthcare providers, and advocate for safe patient care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide care to patients in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Be accountable for professional development and practice within the defined scope of care.
- Act as a patient advocate for safe care delivery, including delegation of care and participation in improvement activities.
- Reflect the organization's missions, vision, values, and philosophies in the delivery of nursing care.
Qualifications
- State of Ohio RN license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred within 5 years of hire.
- Previous acute care experience may require completion of a refresher course.
- BLS certification; additional certifications as per unit scope of practice.
