Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and passionate Nurse Residents/Nurse Graduates to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an RN I in the Med Surg department at Sinai Hospital, you will have the opportunity to CARE BRAVELY and make a difference in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care in Med Surg units such as Oncology, Pulmonary ID, Ortho/Neuro Trauma, Rehab, and GI/GU.
- Participate in the Nurse Resident-New Grad Program, receiving individualized orientations and internships across various specialties.
- Collaborate with clinical coaches and preceptors to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with Maryland RN licensing and American Heart Association BLS Certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant qualification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and commitment to continuous learning.
