Job Description

We are looking for dedicated RNs or LPNs to join our team at Alliance Nursing's Adult Family Home. As a part of our compassionate and collaborative team, you will provide acute care nursing to patients in a home-like environment with a low nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care nursing in a home-like setting with a low nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Utilize excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment to respond promptly to any change in patients' conditions.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients to enhance their well-being and recovery.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your nursing skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Current Multi-State License from a Compact State (preferred).
