RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide personalized in-home care for pediatric and young adult clients in Lynnwood and Everett. Join our team at Alliance Nursing where we offer day and night shifts, including full-time positions.

As part of our private duty nursing services, you will deliver critical care to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions. This role involves close monitoring, mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and skilled nursing interventions. Your commitment to excellence, compassion, and swift response to any change of condition is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate exceptional assessment skills and quick decision-making abilities.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license (unrestricted).
• Or Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
