RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

Alliance Nursing is seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. This role involves caring for patients with complex medical and developmental conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care. As a nurse with us, you will utilize your clinical skills and compassion to deliver exceptional care while upholding professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing interventions and execute treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members effectively.
• Adapt quickly to changes in patient conditions.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Washington State or a participating Compact State.
• Excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment.
• Ability to work day shifts and occasional night shifts.
