RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham. At Alliance Nursing, we offer day and night shifts with opportunities for full-time positions. Our private duty nursing services cater to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Interact compassionately with patients and families, maintaining professionalism.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and quick response to changes in patient conditions.
• Participate in extensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Multi-State License from a Compact State, if applicable.
• Strong nursing judgment and ability to act decisively.
