Alliance Nursing is looking for dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric clients in Puyallup and Graham. Our private duty nursing services cater to patients with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care and mechanical ventilation. As part of our team, you will deliver high-quality care, demonstrate clinical competence, and uphold professional standards in patient interactions. We encourage collaboration, excellence, and holistic care for both patients and staff. Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license, or a Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
