Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join ThedaCare in Berlin, Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based practice to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure high-quality care and clinical outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in the assigned specialty and perform nursing functions tailored to patient needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while enhancing quality of care.
• Promote mentoring, engagement, and professional development among team members.
• Consult with physicians and team members to enhance patient care and solve challenges.
• Proactively manage risks to prevent crises and respond effectively in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to Fifty (50) pounds.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and manual dexterity for patient care.

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to sharps and occasional risks of chemical exposure.
• Varied work environment with potential exposure to communicable diseases.
