RN Unit Manager - 401k

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the coordination of facility Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning processes. In addition, you will provide training and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Prior RN management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state nursing license and CPR certification required; additional nursing specialty certification preferred.
