We are looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the coordination of facility Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning processes. This role involves training staff, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring quality care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Prior RN management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state nursing license and CPR certification.
• Additional certification in a nursing specialty is desired.
