Job Description

Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an RN/Unit Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the facility's Medicare processes, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), care planning, and providing leadership and support to the staff. Join our team of compassionate professionals in Canon City, CO, and contribute to the exceptional care of our seniors.

Qualifications

• RN management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state license to practice as a nurse. CPR certification required, additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
