RN/Unit Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN/Unit Manager to join the team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As the RN Floor/Unit Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the facility's Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning process. In addition, you will provide training and support to staff while collaborating with various departments within the facility.

Qualifications

• Prior RN management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state nursing license and CPR certification required; additional specialty certifications preferred.
