RN/Unit Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO, in the role of RN Unit Manager. As an RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the facility's Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning process. Additionally, you will provide support and training to staff, working in collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in RN management or supervisory role in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Active state nursing license and CPR certification. Additional certification in a nursing specialty is preferred.
