RN/Unit Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the RN Floor/Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the facility's Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning process to ensure excellent care for our senior residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for staff training, collaboration with key departments, and infection control measures.

Qualifications

• Previous RN management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state nursing license with CPR certification; additional certification in a nursing specialty is desirable.
