Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of RN/Unit Manager at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the Floor/Unit Manager, you will oversee the facility's Medicare, MDS, and care planning process, provide staff training, and collaborate with various teams for effective coordination.
Qualifications
- Prior RN management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Current state nursing license with CPR certification; additional certification in nursing specialty preferred.
