RN/Unit Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an RN/Unit Manager at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the RN Floor/Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing facility Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning. In addition, you will provide training to staff, collaborate with various departments, and ensure compliance with infection control measures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in RN management or supervision in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Active state nursing license with current CPR certification. Additional certifications in nursing specialties are desirable.
