RN/Unit Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our team at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO. As the RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the facility's Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning process. You will also provide training to staff and collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in RN management or supervision in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state nursing license and CPR certification. Additional certification in a nursing specialty is desired.
