Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to take on the role of RN/Unit Manager at Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located in Canon City, CO. As an RN/Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of the facility Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and care planning process. You will play a key role in training staff and collaborating with various departments to ensure quality care for our residents.

Qualifications

• RN management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state license to practice as a nurse.
• Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
