Job Description
Green Source Automation LLC, a robotics company based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for a dedicated Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Michigan. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our cutting-edge robotics systems in the dairy industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform biweekly preventative maintenance on all six robotics systems.
- Conduct weekly brush changes and monthly maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
- Replace bearings, bushings, and other parts of the end-of-arm tools.
- Work with PLC-based controls and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for on-call duties, flexibility with work hours, and travel to various dairy locations in Wisconsin.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles.
- Work in proximity to cows and handle chemicals as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in PLC-based controls design and implementation.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record and flexibility for different work schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
