Route Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Route Sales Representative to join our team at Frito-Lay North America. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to various local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. This is a full-time position that offers a $5000 sign-on bonus and provides benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores to unload orders and merchandise products.
• Partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records of activities throughout the day.
• Learn the basics of the role through dedicated driving and selling training.
• Build relationships with customers, sell displays, and execute national initiatives to grow sales on the route.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
