Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team at Modern Office Methods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target sales leads through planned activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Prospect clients through various channels and understand their needs.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals.
- Handle objections and close deals within the sales process.
- Coordinate order process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in client reviews and address complaints when necessary.
- Collaborate with service technicians and coordinators for excellent service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in managing a book of business.
Additional Information
This position is exempt from overtime and operates on normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Regular travel to client locations is expected; therefore, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
