Samples Coordinator (Entry Level)

Job Description

TRI-K Industries is seeking a motivated Samples Coordinator to join our team. As a Samples Coordinator, you will work closely with our Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely shipment of customer samples. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment within the cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate stock levels of materials for sample bottling.
• Package, label, and ship samples daily within 24-48 hours of request.
• Collaborate with production to ensure fresh materials for customer samples.
• Work on back up and repacking tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO & GMP preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• GED or equivalent required; entry-level position, experience welcomed.
