Job Description
Aba Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Paraeducator to join our team. As a Paraeducator, you will work with special education students, providing additional support and guidance to enhance their academic understanding and facilitate behavior modifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to teachers and professionals.
- Monitor and manage children, especially those with specific needs.
- Prepare educational materials and instructions for daily programs.
- Ensure a clean and safe classroom environment.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a Paraeducator or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in handling and managing children.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Paraeducator.
